On January 16 2013, the all-star game of the second league in basketball between the north and the south had taken place. The best players from the north competed against the best players from the south. In the end, the south defeated the north 119-111 in a game without much of a defense, but with a lot of beautiful moves.
The game was great because the players did things that they don’t do at the regular games, like dunks and long-distance shots.
The MVP of the game was the southern player Tal Dan from the first place team at the second league Nes Tziona – he had 22 points. Ramon Klemente from Irony Naharia led the north with 18 points and some seriously awesome slam-dunks.
At the beginning, before the game, there was a 3-point shots competition, and the winner was Jonathan Baize from Irony Naharia. He had scored 18 points in the first round and also in the second round. At the halftime of the all-star game there was a slam-dunk contest with 6 competitors and the winner was Taylor Kenet from Irony Ramat Gan.
The game was so exciting and I just loved every minute of it.
