The Fast Lane project involves a new toll highway from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem (parallel to highway number 1).
The road is meant to resolve the constant traffic jams from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem and back.
My mother works for the Shapir Company, which established this new fast lane. There was a big opening event and my mother invited the Prime Minister and my brother helped him cut the ribbon.
I think the fast lane will help many people and might even help the environment by reducing air pollution (less time in traffic jams means less polluted air).
