The ICQ is computer program used by many people all over the world.
It was invented by a few young Israelis who worked for the Mirabilis company.
Of course there’s Facebook and MSN Messenger and other programs, but people still use ICQ.
Why is that?
I think it’s because ICQ gives the options to chat, send free text messages, and video chat and it’s just fun to use.
