The Mashatzim youth movement is the place for all teens who want to get to know Israel better. The movement teaches them to be instructors and guides through trips around the country.

Antisemitism in Russia
As most of us know Eastern Europe is a place which has a long history of hatred towards Jews. Betwwen 1940 (the complete unification of the soviet union) and 1984 the soviet government attempted to hide anti-semitism but during it’s final years the tention broke free and anti-semitism reared it’s ugly face once again.
An Ancient Statue in Israel
On December 12 there was a really big storm in Israel and there were floods in many places around the country.
After the storm a 2000 year-old Roman-era statue of a woman was discovered in Ashkelon. The statue was found in front of the Holiday Hotel by the Antiquities Authority. Parts of the statue were damaged during the storm.
