They sing, they compose, they play in the best clubs and they have a turn-out of 150-1000 people at their concerts. Oh, I forgot to say – they’re 14. Yes, it’s true, they are only 14 years old and they already play in front of 1000 people.
Loral (drums), Bery (guitars, vocals) and Raanan (lead vocals, guitars) are the members of Beat69, a new Israeli band.
They started playing in 2004 in small local places, and people really loved them. Since then the band has never stopped performing. It has shared the stage with many major artists in Israel, like: Monica Sex, Useless ID, Man Alive, Synergia, Parvarim Refugeez, Peter Roth, Maor Cohen, Irmi Kaplan and many more. Once they performed for a band called ‘Sheygets’. The lead singer was shocked – how such young kids play so fast? He asked for a demo, and after a while he called them and asked to produce their album.
In May 2006 they entered the studio with an intense schedule in order to finish their first album.
The first single, “Kmo Shelach” (like yours) was released a week ago and it’s already playing at least twice a day in more than 3 radio stations! They have had more than 10 interviews on the internet, TV and magazines!
Their album will be released on March 2007, and I promise you – this won’t be the last time you hear about them.
