Holy Land in Stamps
Once upon a time, before the internet and the telephone were the way to connect, people used to send messages through letters (snail mail). Back then, stamps were a pretty big thing and you had to buy those to send the envelope or the package to the person who was waiting for them to arrive.

The Arrow missile is an anti-ballistic defense system that was developed by Israel. The missile was developed with US funding since 1992.

Falafel
Although falafel is made of chickpeas in Israel, in Lebanon it is usually made of dried faba beans, with a handful of dried chickpeas sometimes thrown in. Faba beans have a wonderful flavor, but if you can’t find them, dried white beans, such as Cannellini or Navy beans, can be used instead. Street vendors usually tuck the falafels into pitas with chopped lettuce, tomatoes and plenty of tahini. At home, they can be served as appetizers, with a bowl of tahini for dipping.
Shakshuka
What is a Shakshuka? Basically it’s just eggs with an easy-made tomato sauce. We can make it spicy or salty, add some herbs or seasoning.

Hummus is an Israeli dish and it is very tasty. Most of the Israeli people like it and eat it in restaurants and at home. Here’s a recipe so you can prepare it at home.
